During a virtual event, Kwanza Jones and José E. Feliciano sat down with First Close Partners for a fireside chat about underrepresented managers (URMs).

Our CEO and Founder, Kwanza Jones, has been invited to speak at The Alliance Mentorship Program (AMP) WaveLink Kickoff. AMP is a peer to peer mentoring program that pairs graduating Alliance seniors, or mentees, with Alliance alumni mentors who attend the same college the mentee plans to attend.

In keeping with the 4 pillars of Jones+Feliciano, our co-founder and CEO Kwanza Jones will be participating in Moving Forward Together, a Princeton University initiative to increase access, expansion and affordability as Princeton plans for the future.

Kwanza Jones will be joining Business Today on a fireside chat for their Boost Leadership Series. This program aims to elevate the voices of Black students in conversations of business and leadership.
